Bettie Page, the legendary pin-up model of the 1950′s, died at the age of 85 on December 12th, 2008. You can
read the full story here, but suffice it to say that a legendary icon of the last half-century will be missed.
So, as the whole world keeps their eyes on the election numbers, I’ve been noticing some funny things around the ‘net today.
The first is Karl Rove. While not only looking like a giant, mutant baby, he also had some interesting predictions about the election. I suppose it’s an inevitable conclusion at his point, no matter which side of the fence you fall on.
And speaking of those who like to straddle (the fence), this latest parody of Sarah Palin did make me laugh quite a bit and I think those of you over 18 may enjoy it as well. (DEFINITELY NOT SAFE FOR WORK)
On the subject of sex-appeal, I thought this article was very interesting. I wonder if the “change of standards” was because of the vacation the student was on, being out of her normal element. . . and for that matter, does the same go for the carpainter, being out of his home and around strangers?
